There are only two ways we get things done in corporate America. We use authority or influence. We’ll discuss smart people problems and learn when to leverage authority or influence. This will give you the confidence that your decisions will lead to the best outcome.
Together we’ll:
Evaluate when it's more effective to use influence and when to use authority.
Identify how people unknowingly break unwritten "rules" that impact their success--even when they're right.
Learn to leverage the pecking order to solve problems appropriately.

Art show: What Lies Beneath 5 pm - 7pm
What Lies Beneath is a series that follows the icy winter as it turns into spring. It’s a metaphor that explores how decisions are a process. While we can’t always see progress, and it certainly isn’t on our timeline, ultimately, we find enough clarity to move forward. This series honors how direction emerges over time.
I’m looking forward to sharing with you again in Nashville on Thursday, April 24th. These paintings have a bold teal, blue and dark brown palette that melt into a turquoise and a sublime yellow green. Come share it with me. Bring your people.

It’s funny how many people ask me if I’m still coaching – ABSOLUTELY YES!!! I can never stop as I love it so much! Nashville taught me we are whole people and we can do more than one thing. For years and years I poured all my creative energy into Way Solutions and it was fulfilling and great. But over time I found myself overflowing with creativity that couldn’t be contained to that business.
Much to my surprise, that creativity has grown and developed in the most beautiful way. With art books and art shows. It’s all very exciting! It’s a gift that you all continue to give to me. Thank you. It means more to me than you might ever know.
